Kiryat Tivon
Kiryat-Tivon is a settlement and a local council in the northern part of the country.
Kiryat Tivon was founded in 1937.
This small town is so beautiful that it is called Israeli Switzerland. Of all the houses and apartments there is a view of the green mountains.
Next to the city is the national park Beit Shearim, where an ancient city and necropolis was excavated. After the Bar Kochba uprising, the Sanhedrin moved here. In Beit Shearim, the head of Sanderin Yehuda ha-Nasi is buried.
